Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at breezybeemn@outlook.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status. 

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used personal care products (e.g., soaps, deodorants) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
